Elijah J. Harmon, also known as B.O.E., short for, The Book of Elii, started his career as a promoter, then an event producer and music producer for over 15 years. BOE is born and raised in Harlem in New York City. The year 2020 has truly reawakened BOE to become an artist, and producer to start his music and movie films which he has always had a passion for since the age of 10 years old around the time he met 2pac who truly inspired him to create music and now allowing him to showcase his self-expression through musical art and films.
